For over 20 years I have helped presidents, prime ministers, business leaders, global brands, start-up founders and multi-national companies to communicate better. I have helped hundreds of people to build high performing teams, grow their businesses, secure funding, win elections and change opinion.
I’m a specialist in building winning teams and campaigns to deliver measurable results and returns in investment. This means applying good practice and the latest thinking in communications and performance coaching to help clients achieve their goals.
I now provide bespoke advice, training and coaching to clients who need to boost their performance, navigate complexity and communicate better. In the last few years this has included global corporates, venture-backed start-ups, high-flying future leaders and philanthropic organisations trying to make millions of lives better.
In 2020 I was asked to help the UK’s Covid-19 pandemic response. As well as building and leading communication teams I also led on the development of the strategic communications plan for the successful deployment of the Covid vaccines.
Previously I worked internationally training leadership teams of corporate clients for two of the biggest communications agencies in the world and before that I was a political press secretary and communication strategist.
